CEO of Hedge Invest SGR, an independent asset management company specialised in the creation and administration of alternative investment products. She is also Vice-President of AM Holdings S.p.A., family office of the family led by Antonello Manuli, and President of AMH Urban Regeneration, a company that deals with sustainable development and redevelopment of housing heritage, in compliance with the latest standards of environmental sustainability and energy efficiency. Director of Hope SICAF since September 2021, the first retail SICAF that aims to raise and manage institutional capital and private savings of Italian families to invest them in two strategic areas for the relaunch of our country: excellent small and medium-sized enterprises, future global leaders, and sustainable cities in terms of regeneration and urban and territorial development, digital and 'green' infrastructure. Graduated in Economics at Luigi Bocconi University in Milan, she is co-author of the volumes "Hedge Funds - The advantages of an alternative form of investment" and "Hedge Funds speak Italian".

Galeazzo Pecori Giraldi has been the President of Hedge Invest since June 2019. From 2010 to 2018, he held the position of Global Head of Private Banking at Société Générale in Paris. Prior to that, he served as Vice Chairman of Morgan Stanley Europe in London and was President and CEO of Morgan Stanley in Italy and Switzerland for over twenty years. He graduated in International Law in 1977 and completed specialized courses in Economics at Cambridge and Business Economics at Harvard in 1978.

Elisabetta Manuli, Vice President of Hedge Invest SGR since 2005, has been a fund manager, member of the Board of Directors, and Investment Committee since 2001, and a member of the Executive Committee since 2016. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of AM Holdings S.p.A. and Manuli Rubber Industries S.p.A. Before co-founding Hedge Invest SGR, she gained significant experience in the hedge fund industry. From 1999 to 2001, she worked as a senior analyst for Rasini & C., a specialized consulting firm, in London. Prior to that, from 1996 to 1997, she worked as a junior analyst for Giano Capital, one of the first long/short equity funds launched in Europe. Together with her sister Alessandra, she authored the book "Hedge Funds - The Advantages of an Alternative Investment Form," published in 1999. She is a certified financial analyst with AIAF Milano since 1999 and IMRO London since 2000. Elisabetta graduated with honors in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan in 1996.

Paolo Massi, Vice President of Hedge Invest since 2010, is a fund manager and has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2008. He is also a member of the Investment Committee for closed-end funds and the Executive Committee since 2016. Prior to this, starting from 2005, he worked at Deutsche Bank in London, where he served as the Managing Director of the Commercial Real Estate group, responsible for financing and private equity activities in Southern Europe. Before that, from 1997 to 2005, he held various roles at Merrill Lynch in London and New York in the areas of structured finance and real estate. He began his career at Citibank in Milan in 1995 before becoming an officer in the Italian Air Force. Paolo graduated with honors in Political Economy from Bocconi University in Milan in 1995.

Managing director of AM Holdings S.p.A. since 1998, Francesco Rovati was managing director of Hedge Invest, with responsibility for finance and control from 2005 to 2017. He has been a member of the Board of Directors and Investment Committee since 2001 and of the Executive Committee since 2016 of Hedge Invest. Before joining AM Holdings Group S.p.A., he was managing director of Raggio di Sole S.p.A., a listed real estate management company, and before that, he worked as CFO for the Cabassi family office from 1988 to 1991. He began his career in 1973, working until 1988 in the Milan construction company Pietro Canali, until he became chief administrative officer. An auditor since 1995, he holds a degree in business administration from the Catholic University of Milan.

Independent Director of Hedge Invest since 2019, Stefano Giavari has gained significant experience in legal advice on mutual funds, supervised intermediaries, as well as provision of investment services and collective asset management since 2007. Since October 2018 he has been advising the firm Gattai Minoli Agostinelli & Partners while he previously worked at the firm Caraca Di Carlo Guffanti Pisapia Tatozzi. A member of the Milan Bar since 2010, he graduated in Law from the Luigi Bocconi Business University in 2007.

Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Hedge Invest since 2012, Edoardo Guffanti is a founding partner of the firm Craca Di Carlo Guffanti Pisapia Tatozzi & Associati, and is currently Chairman of the Board of Zenit SGR, Chairman of Consultinvest Partecipazioni, Chairman of Banca Privata Leasing SpA, as well as a member of the Board of Arbitrators of Assosim and member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Alpi SpA (Spac). Speaker at conferences and/or courses in Italy and abroad, he has been a lecturer in "Law and Regulation in Finance," Commercial Law and "Business Law" at the School of Business Management of Bocconi University in Milan. He graduated with honors in Business Administration from Bocconi University of Milan in 1996.

Director in Hedge Invest SGR since 2023. With a degree in Economics and Commerce, after an experience in the United States, he joined the family business at a very young age – today Gruppo Banca Finnat Euramerica - with roles of increasing responsibility until he took on the role of CEO in 2009 and also that of General Manager from 2013. Over the years, he has held numerous positions for various companies of the Banca Finnat group.
